Love for the unborn.

Today is the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, and it is so heartbreaking to know that some celebrate this day.
Click here to read the statement by the President in honor of this day. And then click here to read about a very life changing event for a women involved in this very type of situation. Very touching and very real.
Take a moment to really think about the precious life developing inside the woman's womb from day one of conception. Did you know that the third week after conception, marks the beginning of the embryonic period (via)? This is when the baby's brain, spinal cord, heart and other organs begin to form. I hope this post will help you reconsider your stance on abortion, if currently supporting Roe v. Wade.

Mr. Obama would you still be celebrating and advocating for this if Michelle wanted the freedom, as you so outwardly support, and she chose not to bore either of your beautiful little girls that are so precious to you now?

Love for my legacy

9/11/2001 was a terrible day for our Nation.  As I reflected a lot over the weekend, I also thought about what I can start doing 10 yrs later to help change and influence the world. One day at a time, one person at a time. Two questions that I asked myself are, what is your legacy going to be & what is your mission/purpose in life? I believe it is important we do not lose those memories of how tragic that awful day was, but I also do believe we need to decide to move on and try to make the best of the situation by taking action.  We totally need to wake up and work at it everyday to make a difference in this world, as if it was our last here on earth. This is a beautiful montage and beautiful song that I thought I'd share. He does make beautiful things out of the dust....
