DIY Cake Stand

I have a few china plates that I've collected from previous visits to Goodwill so I plan to use them for this DIY project. I found it browsing domestic ease and wanted to share it with you. I haven't visited DE in a long time; I almost forgot about it but it was mentioned in a magazine I was reading so I wanted to revisit it :) Here's the tutorial for the cake stands.
